Core Integrative Performance Coaching Areas

1. Performance & Effectiveness—Performance is the ability to realize more of your innate potential in any area of life. People typically think of performance as relating to professional life; however, it’s just as feasible to benchmark and improve performance in personal areas of life, such a finances, relationships, or health. Effectiveness, on the other hand, is the capacity to set and achieve meaningful goals. The two go hand in hand, although it’s quite possible to be a high performer who’s not highly effective and vice versa. IPC helps you improve both your performance and effectiveness, so you get better results in the areas of life that matter most to you.

2. Wellbeing & Life Balance—Wellbeing and life balance coaching shines the light of integrative performance on every important area of life. This includes health and fitness, career, love relationships, family and friends, finance, physical environment, personal and spiritual growth, and fun and recreation. All are vital to creating a fulfilling, happy and balanced life. People who improve their wellbeing naturally tend to be higher-performing and more successful. Many leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals are performance-limited not because their skills are lacking, but rather because their wellbeing is compromised.

3. 360° MindPower™—360° MindPower is a training and coaching program that produces peak mental functioning under any circumstance. The name is slightly misleading, however, because it is impossible to attain peak mental performance without also improving your physical functioning, for example. 360° MindPower provides a comprehensive approach to Mind-Body fitness that places equal emphasis on cognitive, neurological, emotional, physical, and nutritional fitness. Certainly, your concentration, awareness, equanimity, calm, cognitive performance, executive functioning, high-level problem solving, and decision-making will all improve. But they do so while also improving your overall wellbeing and performance—how you feel, think, look, show up, and act.

4. Life Transition—Integrative performance coaching is an ideal vehicle for helping people experience greater joy, fulfillment, and freedom while transitioning through life-altering events and life phases. This may include anything from a dramatic geographic, lifestyle, or career change to loss of a loved one or facing a terminal illness. Such transitions involve major shifts in identity and self-belief and call for improved self-care, a quest for meaning and vision, and emotional resilience in the face of adversity. Getting a fresh start in life and having faith that there’s a lot of life ahead isn’t always easy. But IPC is made to order for the challenge.

5. Somatics—Somatic coaching helps you improve your performance by developing awareness of your internal sensations, feelings, and experiences rather than relying on external observation or techniques alone. Somatic practices include movement, meditation, breathwork, and bodywork—all designed to foster greater self-awareness, healing, and integration by connecting mind and body through direct, internal experience. My somatic coaching draws upon techniques from yoga, martial arts, Qigong and other movement systems; bodywork such as Reiki, shiatsu, acupressure, and self-massage; and a wide variety of concentration, cognitive development, meditation, and visualization practices.
